RETURNS & REFUNDS
We happily accept exchanges sent back within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
Under special circumstances – such as faulty products – we will also provide full refunds.
For hygiene reasons we have made the decision not to resell any underwear that has spent time outside of our care, so we kindly ask that you select carefully and measure up with our Size Guide.
Please e-mail your request for an exchange or refund to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your items. Monsoon Blooms has the right to refuse refunds or exchanges. In most cases the buyer will be held responsible for additional shipping costs.
