CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Monsoon Blooms pieces are dyed with a special blend of Ayurvedic herbs, and as such require a little more love and care than garments dyed with traditional chemical based colours. 

We suggest washing with only natural laundry detergents, ensuring you adhere to their individual usage instructions. Many natural detergents require activation via hot water, and can leave patchy white marks when used with cold water. 

Following washing, Monsoon Blooms pieces are best dried on a line in light sun or shade. 

Whilst our pieces are stitched together to ensure longevity, the dyes will naturally fade and soften with time. The longer you can go in between washes the better.

Our fabrics are dyed by the wisdom of Ayurvastra, intended for health rather than fashion, and usually sold to cure various sicknesses and health conditions. The longer you can go between washes, the greater chance your skin has to soak up the medicinal properties "transdermally" through the skin.
